1. Information We Collect

Morse Translator does not require an account and does not ask you to provide personal information directly. However, the App uses third-party services that may automatically collect limited information, including: • Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, and general region • Usage and engagement data, such as app launches, session duration, screens viewed, and feature interactions • Advertising data, such as advertising identifiers, IP address, ad impressions, clicks, and consent choices • Purchase and entitlement data, such as product identifiers, transaction status, subscription status, and an anonymous app user identifier We do not sell your personal information. The data above is used to operate the App, understand usage, improve features, display and measure advertisements, prevent fraud, and provide paid features.

2. On-Device Data

Text, Morse code, and tapped signals are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. App preferences, such as playback speed, enabled output methods, onboarding status, and review-prompt status, are stored locally on your device. You can remove locally stored App data by deleting the App.

3. Camera Permission

The App requests camera access only to control your device flashlight for Morse signaling. The App does not capture, save, or upload photos or video. You can deny or revoke camera permission at any time in iOS Settings; doing so only disables flashlight output.

4. Clipboard

When you choose the copy action, the App writes the generated Morse code to your device clipboard. The App does not read unrelated clipboard contents or transmit clipboard data to us.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services: • Firebase Analytics — collects app usage and engagement data to help us understand how the App is used and improve its features. • Google AdMob — delivers and measures advertisements and may collect advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and ad interaction data. See Google's advertising policies (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads). • RevenueCat — manages in-app purchases and access to paid features. It receives purchase and entitlement information and an anonymous app user identifier. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy). • Apple App Store or Google Play — processes purchases and may receive payment, account, device, and transaction information under the applicable store's privacy policy. Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob are provided by Google and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). These services do not receive the text, Morse code, or tapped signals that you enter in the App.

6. Advertising and Tracking Choices

The App may display personalized or non-personalized ads through Google AdMob. Where required, the App asks for consent before using information for personalized advertising or cross-app tracking. • iOS: If the App requests permission through App Tracking Transparency and you decline, the App will not access your device's advertising identifier for tracking. You can change this permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. • Android: You can manage or reset your advertising ID and ad privacy choices in your device's privacy or Google settings. • Consent: Where available, you can review your advertising consent choices from the App's settings. Your choices may affect ad personalization but do not necessarily remove advertisements. Any paid advertisement-removal benefit will be described on the purchase screen.

7. Analytics Choices and Data Retention

Analytics and advertising providers retain data according to their own policies and legal obligations. We retain aggregated or service-provided analytics and purchase records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operating the App, maintaining purchase access, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. You can limit certain collection through your device privacy and advertising settings. Deleting the App removes locally stored App data, but it does not automatically delete data already processed by third-party providers or transaction records retained by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.

8. Network Access

The App's core translation and signaling features can work offline. Network access is used for advertisements, analytics, purchase management, and pages or links that you choose to open. Availability of advertisements, analytics, purchase verification, and paid features may depend on a network connection.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
